Both the Spring and Fall Sprays were done in the morning against my stated
wishes.

state a time in, he states he left at 2:50pm. (He should have written
"12:50".) The incident occurred around noon. His whole time on my
property with arguments and spraying was probably 30 to 35 minutes at most.
What part of the term "Customer Instructions" does Chemlawn NOT
UNDERSTAND!!!!
The reason I asked for afternoons only, was so Moose could be outside
in the morning, run around and go to the bathroom, and get his ya-ya's out
before I had to lock him inside for 3 hours, until the chemicals were DRY,
which was my habit.
Also, my husband is extremely sensitive to the chemicals and when they came
in the morning, before 9am they always sprayed the newspaper at the bottom
of the driveway, so he never got to read it!
