Coincidence?
We started using Chemlawn in 1999.
All these illnesses below suffered by my family and pets, all started happening
within a year of Chemlawn applying herbicides to our lawn. The first few
years we signed up for nearly everything they offered and they were
on my property spraying something nearly every month during the Spring, Summer
and Fall.
See links regarding pesticides, herbicides and possible and known conditions
related to the spraying of those chemicals.

November 2004 - Dog - Moose --Mast Cell Skin cancer, Thanksgiving
2004 we found 5 lumps on Moose's stomach, right where he laid in the grass.
Not on his head, not on his back, not on his face, simply, exactly the areas
his skin always had contact with the grass when laying down. Surgery to remove
growths. One year, on and off on Chemotherapy. Bill: $14,000.

PET DOGS GET CANCER FROM WEED KILLERS
-
October 3, 2006 - Dog - Moose
Came in contact with freshly sprayed pesticides by negligent Chemlawn sprayer,
inhaled it, stepped on it, and ingested it. (He ate grass later that day,
unbeknownst to me. I found the vomited grass the next morning in the house.)Vet
refused to treat for pesticide poisoning. It destroyed his liver and kidneys
and he displayed serious neurological affects. We fought really hard to keep
him alive but he succumbed on February 24, 2007, four months later. He was
never the same dog again after that. Every day was a step closer to death
from Oct. 3rd. From Poisoning until cremation, (4 month period) just under
$2000.00.
Is it all "just a coincidence" that
the youngest, smallest and most vulnerable members of my family came down
with all of these illnesses shortly after being exposed to monthly lawn chemical
treatments?
I think my family has "paid" enough for this little social experiment
we undertook without our expressed permission.
I called Chemlawn after Moose was diagnosed with cancer and asked them if
they used cancer causing chemicals and I was emphatically told "NO!"...
"We only used non cancer causing herbicides that are approved by the EPA.
They're practically Non-toxic!" Dumb me, I thought it would be illegal
for them to lie to me about that!
Dogs that are exposed to herbicides have a 100x greater chance of
cancer than dogs that are not exposed.
Why doesn't Chemlawn tell the truth?
